Director

Malcolm Payne is a Chartered Architect and Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.

His role as consulting director, concentrates on advising clients on projects in which urban design and conservation issues are the predominant matters to be addressed in the design and planning application process.

Director

Richard Guest is a Chartered Architect with a degree in fine arts from London Guildhall University, and a first class degree and post graduate diploma in architecture from Birmingham University.

As the director leading the architectural team, he oversees the conceptual and technical design across the range of new build and conversion projects and works to listed buildings, including the planning application process.

Volkan Demirel has an overseas degree in architecture and a master’s degree in design from De Montfort University.

As the director heading the residential design team, Volkan manages the master planning and design of projects for house-builders and developers, including assisting in the development of dwelling ranges.

Project Architect

Liam Brothwood gained a bachelor’s degree with honours in architecture from the Arts University Bournemouth and a master’s degree in architecture at Birmingham City University.

Liam joined the Group in 2012 and has gained his professional practice qualification to gain registration as an architect. He has played a leading role in both the education and residential project teams.
