Malcolm Payne is a Chartered Architect and Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.
His role as consulting director, concentrates on advising clients on projects in which urban design and conservation issues are the predominant matters to be addressed in the design and planning application process.
Richard Guest is a Chartered Architect with a degree in fine arts from London Guildhall University, and a first class degree and post graduate diploma in architecture from Birmingham University.
As the director leading the architectural team, he oversees the conceptual and technical design across the range of new build and conversion projects and works to listed buildings, including the planning application process.
Volkan Demirel has an overseas degree in architecture and a master’s degree in design from De Montfort University.
As the director heading the residential design team, Volkan manages the master planning and design of projects for house-builders and developers, including assisting in the development of dwelling ranges.
Liam Brothwood gained a bachelor’s degree with honours in architecture from the Arts University Bournemouth and a master’s degree in architecture at Birmingham City University.
Liam joined the Group in 2012 and has gained his professional practice qualification to gain registration as an architect. He has played a leading role in both the education and residential project teams.
Daniel Widdop gained a bachelor’s degree with honours in architecture from the Portsmouth School of Architecture and a master’s degree in architecture at Birmingham City University.
Dan joined the Group in 2013 and has gained his professional practice qualification to gain registration as an architect. He has in-depth experience in the technical design of residential, commercial and restoration projects.
Joshua Phillips has a bachelor’s degree with honours in architecture from Nottingham University and a master’s degree in architecture from Birmingham City University.
Josh joined the Group in 2015 and has been involved in the scheme design and presentation for planning applications for residential master-plans and restoration projects.
Leigh Davies has a bachelor’s degree with honours in architecture from Nottingham University and a master’s degree in architecture from Birmingham City University where he was nominated for the RIBA Silver Medal Award.
Leigh joined the Group in 2016 and has been involved in the design and associated planning and listed building application process for a programme of restoration and conversion on a major heritage project.
Linda Neale has a diploma in management studies and extensive experience in accounting and treasury in industry and financial institutions.
Linda’s role as administrator is to control the Group’s internal management and finance systems and to ensure the smooth running of the business.
