Our Group

Malcolm Payne Group is an owner-managed company with over 35 years experience in the fields of architecture, design and conservation.

Many of our commissions are from established clients who use our services on a regular basis. Our involvement may extend from initial design through to completion, or may relate to a particular stage of development, as appropriate to the circumstances.

We work country-wide and have a portfolio of completed projects... in the commercial sector with retail, office, hotel and leisure developments... in the community sector with education, medical centre and care projects ...and in the residential sector with schemes ranging from city centre apartments to rural housing.
