A high-density scheme of 86 apartments developed for Chase Homes in a conservation area and the setting of a listed church.

To mitigate the impact of new buildings a pair of replica houses were included to frame views towards the church, and two large houses were restored and converted into apartments. The main four-storey brick building with stone dressings is designed as a continuous terrace to the main street frontage, with the top storey set back and faced in contrasting sheet metal cladding.
