Retail Centre & Arcade, Birmingham

The Burlington development for Horton's Estates is a major city centre, mixed-use commercial development in a conservation area, with the new building constructed behind the Victorian and Edwardian facades.

Three retail frontages at different levels are linked by a new shopping arcade and medium-sized retail unit. The arcade also provides separate entrances to the 112-bedroom hotel, restaurant, gastro pub and new conference and banqueting centre.
