Retail Developments,
Chelsea

A rolling programme of schemes for the Cadogan Estate has reconfigured buildings on the south side of Kings Road, Chelsea to provide high quality retail and residential units with self-contained access and rear servicing, including the restoration of the front elevations.

The programme included two buildings in Sloane Square that have been converted to provide separate access for retail, office, and residential accommodation. The priorities have been to improve the Zone 'A' retail space and restore the handsome brick and terracotta facades.
