The Burlington Hotel,
Birmingham
Developed as part of the mixed use scheme at The Burlington for Horton's Estate, the hotel has 112 remodelled guestrooms, restaurants, bars and fitness centre.
The building has been extended behind the facades to provide a new entrance and reception area and a 500 seat banqueting and conference centre, complete with reception area, bar and new kitchens. The functions facility can be subdivided into three separate configurations and can be used as part of the hotel or as a stand-alone unit.
