Retail & Offices An important sector of the group’s work is in the commercial field and our experience includes completed retail and office projects and a number of mixed-use commercial and residential developments in town and city centres.As well as new development, many of these projects have involved programmes of major reconstruction and conversion of existing premises to introduce self-contained retail, catering, office or residential uses. In some cases the design and method of construction has allowed tenants to continue trading during the building contract. |
