Restoration and conversion of a Grade II Listed Building to provide a spectacular multi-storey retail unit for Hortons' Estate Ltd and Waterstone's Bookshops. The scheme brought back into public use an elaborate classical building that was erected in the 1860s as the headquarters of the Birmingham and Midland Bank.
