Malcolm gained a Diploma with Honours in Architecture and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Institute of Historic Building Conservation. He has worked particularly with corporate clients in the West End and City of London and in providing consulting services and expert witness on urban design and conservation issues.

Ian Brinksman, Director - ib@malcolmpaynegroup.co.uk
Ian gained a BA with Honours in Architecture and manages the design and implementation of the group’s major residential, community and commercial projects. His role is to identify the client’s development objectives and pursue them from concept through to planning application and, where appropriate in the construction phase of development.

Management Team The directors are joined in the management team by Nick Clewer and Volkan Demirel. Nick gained a BA Hons and B Arch and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Volkan qualified in Architecture in Turkey, gained an MA in the UK and has wide experience in designing and master-planning the group’s larger projects.
