The Group works in the commercial sector, in designing new buildings and in modernising existing premises. The objective is to design flexible office and retail spaces in attractive modern new building, and to improve the efficiency and image of existing buildings.
Our portfolio includes city and town centre developments, single use buildings and mixed-use schemes. The mixed-use developments are designed to accommodate the differing requirements of retail, office, hotel and/or residential occupiers, and to address the access constraints that are inherent in schemes of this type.
